I was told that the staff members of the company will help me out to rearrange the items in new location without charging extra fees. However, upon reaching the items, they helped me to rearrange the goods but asked for extra money. When I told that your supervisor had told me that no money would be charged for this service, then they were polite and left without arguing. I gave them extra tip for their courteous and professional behavior.
